Results

Nothing matters more than results. Below, we are showcasing a few examples of what our customers have been able to achieve with Bibble products. These examples are not intended to represent the best possible results from Bibble, achievable only by Pro's who spend many hours post-processing. Rather, these images and statements are real world results from our customers showing what they were able to achieve with Bibble. Click the “Converted with Bibble” images for a larger view.

Arun Kumar

Arun is busy management consultant, with little free time to spend on his photography. When he does find time to shoot and process his images, speed and ease of use are important, becasue time is a premium. Arun states:

Photography poses a platform that allows me to capture and appreciate nature while finding an oasis in such a setting. Learning how to bring that serene “natural” beauty closer to perfection is my pursuit. I prefer to keep nature as natural as I can. Needless to say, it is not always easy. I guess attaining simplicity is complicated.

And that’s why I love Bibble Pro! It is feature-rich and powerful, yet very user friendly for someone like me who does not spend a lot of time in photography and post-processing. Considering its price point and results, I could not have chosen a better RAW application (that easily out does more expensive options).

Thomas W. Zane

Tom captured this image in Arches National Park in Utah in April, 2006. A film shooter since he was 12 years old, Tom transitioned to digital last year, and to RAW only a few months ago. “I was able to get this sort of result with very little study. Perhaps someone with more experience can offer suggestions for improving the outcomes of either the Photoshop Plug-in or Bibble Pro.” says Tom. He continues:

We drove down to visit Arches National Park for the weekend. I had finished shooting the early morning hours and was on the way out of the park. The light was not very good by 11:00 AM. Most of the colors in the rocks were gone by this time - a victim of the flat lighting of midday. A thunderhead rolled across the area. The rocks in the foreground were still in open shade. However, the rainstorm behind the rock was too good to pass up. I tried processing the RAW file in Photoshop using the Adobe RAW Plug-in. I was not surprised by the flat results. I filed the work away.

I recently downloaded the trial version of Bibble Pro. I decided to try the application with some of my cast-off photos. I was surprised and pleased by the results. I was able to make something of several discarded shots. I admit - I bumped the saturation and vibrance to account for the flat lighting. I also sharpened the photo to account for my forgetting to reset the rather soft default sharpness setting on my camera.

Brian Mosley

Brian has been shooting digital since 1997 for pleasure as well as for business. A Bibble customer since Version 1 for use with his Nikon D1 and D1x, Brian recently upgraded to 4.8 when support for his Panasonic LX1 was added. “I'm so excited that with Bibble, I can produce leading edge results from my oldest JPEGs to my latest RAW files! ” says Brian. He continues:

I'm not interested in spending hours in front of the computer doing post-processing, I want a single application which allows me to adjust all the picture quality parameters... and to give me those same controls over the widest range of picture files... Bibble is the only package which offers me exactly what I want, and now it supports the Panasonic LX1 RAW files, I'm extremely happy!

I think the best software in the world is written by individuals and small teams who are totally passionate about what they do... and connected with their user base. I'm glad to say the Bibble Labs team seem to fall into that category - naturally, they will achieve what they set out to create, the best RAW processing application there is! Congratulations on the latest step in that direction...
