Since Bibble 4 was released, one of the most frequently requested features has been "Arbitrary Rotation". After carefully analyzing how folks would use such a feature, we came up with a tool that is simple to use, integrated with the rest of the workflow and easily produces images that are "True". By using this new tool you can quickly make corrections to account for poorly aligned cameras or subjects. As with all image settings in Bibble, once you have your image in alignment, you can easily Copy/Paste the settings other images shot under similar circumstances and they will all automatically be corrected on output.

Crop Tool

Bibble also makes it a snap to crop images to a specific size (at any given dpi level), particular aspect ratio, or any size by selecting the area you want to keep. The most popular print sizes are setup for you (3"x5", 4"x6" and several others), and you can make your own "standard" sizes to meet the output you typically work with. If you like the square aspect ratio common on medium format cameras, create a 5"x5" crop size and you can access this crop size quickly.

Another benefit of Bibble's Crop tool is that it displays a grid over the image while cropping. This is a great way to check your “rule of thirds” composition. Simply click the crop icon, and pull the cursor over an image, selecting the portion of the picture you want to include in the final image. The Crop Preview frame will show your image with gridlines at 1/3 and 2/3 of the width and height, making it easy to see how your composition will be affected by cropping.
